Product Introduction

CIP (Cleaning In Place) refers to a cleaning system that uses pumps and pipelines to deliver water and cleaning solutions according to a set procedure. This allows for automated or semi-automated cleaning without moving or disassembling the production equipment. Also known as in-place cleaning or fixed-location cleaning, it's widely used in food and beverage production enterprises with a high degree of mechanization, such as those producing beverages, dairy products, juices, pulps, jams, and alcoholic beverages.

A CIP cleaning system mainly consists of an acid tank, an alkali tank, a water tank, a sterilization tank, a heating system, diaphragm pumps, high and low liquid level sensors, an online acid-alkali concentration detector, and a PLC touchscreen control system. The acid, alkali, and water tanks are insulated tanks, and the acid and alkali tanks also have mixing systems. The CIP cleaning system can automatically clean all product contact surfaces, including the inner walls of tanks, pipelines, cylinders, and other liquid channels.
